STRAWBERRY JAM 
4 c. mashed strawberries
2 pkg. Sure-Jell
1 c. white corn syrup
1/4 c. lemon juice
4 c. sugar

Sprinkle 2 package Sure-Jell over mashed strawberries. Let stand for 30 minutes. Add 4 cups sugar, white corn syrup and lemon juice. Mix together and stir until sugar is dissolved. Spoon into jars and freeze. Keeps very well.
