BROCCOLI SURPRISE 
1/2 c. brown rice, cooked
1/2 c. wild rice, cooked
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lg. head broccoli, cooked (may use 2 pkgs. frozen)
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
4 tbsp. butter

Saute onions and celery in 4 tablespoons butter. Add cream of chicken soup and 1/2 of Cheez Whiz. Mix in rice and broccoli and place in baking dish with remaining Cheez Whiz on top. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
