BROCCOLI ZITI 
8 oz. ziti, shells or other pasta
1/2 c. butter
2 lg. onions, chopped
4 c. broccoli florets
Salt & pepper to taste
Boiling, salted water
1/4 c. oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 c. chopped parsley

Grease 3 quart casserole. Cook ziti in boiling, salted water until al dente, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and place in large bowl. Combine butter and oil in large skillet and place over medium heat. When butter has melted, add onion and garlic; cook until onion is soft. Remove from heat and mix into ziti. Parboil broccoli about 3 minutes; rinse with cold water and drain. Stir into ziti mixture. Add parsley and season to taste with salt and pepper. Spoon into prepared casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
