ECLAIR CAKE 
3 c. milk
2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
9 oz. container Cool Whip
Graham crackers
2 tbsp. semi-sweet chocolate
6 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. XXX sugar

Line 9x13 inch pan with whole graham crackers. Mix together 3 cups milk and both packages vanilla instant pudding. Pour over graham crackers. Heat on stove 2 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate, 6 tablespoons butter, and 3 tablespoons milk.

Take off stove, add XXX sugar and pour over the top layer of graham crackers. Refrigerate and let set for a couple of hours.
