SOUR CREAM MUFFINS 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix butter, sugar, salt, eggs and sour cream together. Add dry ingredients that have been sifted together. Stir until just moistened. Put in greased muffin tins. Sprinkle heavily with a cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
