STUFFED MEATLOAF 
1 onion, chopped
Celery, chopped
1 tbsp. butter, melted
6 to 8 slices bread
1 to 2 eggs
Milk
Poultry seasoning
Salt & pepper
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

STUFFING: Saute onion and celery in melted butter, until soft. Break bread into tiny cubes in bowl, and pour in sauteed onion and celery. Add egg (s), milk, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper.

MEATLOAF: Add evaporated milk to beef and mix well. Shape to large square. Add stuffing to center. Fold up, sealing mixture inside. Put in large oblong pan.

SAUCE: Cook soup, catsup and Worcestershire sauce on top of stove until bubbly. Pour over meatloaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
