GRAVY BAKED PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/3 c. water

Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Brown in skillet with small amount of shortening. Pour off drippings. Place browned chops in baking dish. Mix soup, milk and water; pour over chops. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, until chops are tender. For extra chops, use 2 cans soup, whole can of evaporated milk and 1/2 cup water.
