SCALLOPED POTATOES SUPREME 
2 qts. baked potatoes, thin sliced
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. onion, minced
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
2 tsp. salt

In greased baking dish or 2 quart casserole dish, alternate layer of potatoes, green peppers and onion. Combine remaining ingredients. Add a dash of pepper. Pour over layers. Bake at 300 degrees, covered, for 45 minutes; uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes.

Makes 8 servings.
