GEORGIA BREAD PUDDING 
1 c. sugar
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 c. milk
1/3 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 c. raisins
4 egg yolks (I use whole egg)
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
9 slices bread, cubed

Mix sugar, milk and eggs together. Add melted butter, raisins, vanilla and spices. Mix and add bread cubes to mixture and toss to saturate bread. Pour into buttered 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Bake in 400 degree oven 25 minutes or until lightly browned and set. Cool before cutting. Can reheat in microwave if desired. This is good with milk or cream.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
