FRUIT CAKE 
2 cans Eagle Brand milk
3 cans coconut
1/2 lb. candied cherries
1/2 lb. candied pineapple
1/2 lb. nuts, chopped
1 large box dates, chopped

Mix ingredients well and bake at 300°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes. This cake can be soaked in brandy, if desired.
