CRAB AU GRATIN 
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 lb. lump crabmeat
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Make white sauce over low heat in heavy skillet with first four items. Fold sauce in crabmeat. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and bake for 30 minutes at 250 degrees.
