SUPPER STROGANOFF (FOR TWO) 
1/2 lb. round steak, cut into strips
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. green onion slices
1/3 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
Dash of salt & pepper
1 1/2 c. (3 oz.) noodles, cooked & drained

Brown meat in butter. Add onion; cook until tender. Add milk and cream cheese; stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted. Stir in lemon juice and seasonings. Serve over hot noodles. 2 servings.
