CREAM CHEESE TARTS 
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
2-3 dozen vanilla wafers

Cream cheese with sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Blend until smooth with mixer. Place 1 vanilla wafer in each cupcake paper in muffins tins. Add cheese mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let cool. Top with favorite fruit pie filling. Refrigerate.
