COPPER PENNY CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
7 oz. sliced pepperoni
12 oz. spaghetti, cooked
2 cans French onion rings

SAUCE:

2 tsp. oregano
15 oz. can tomatoes
3 cans pizza sauce
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese

Brown beef, onion and pepperoni. Drain. Combine with sauce ingredients and simmer 30 to 45 minutes. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan and layer sauce, spaghetti, sauce, cheese, then spaghetti, sauce, cheese. Assemble the day ahead and refrigerate. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, covered. Uncover the last 10 minutes and top with onion rings.
