FRUIT COCKTAIL DESSERT 
1 lb. canned fruit cocktail
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour
1 c. brown sugar (packed) for topping
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. brown sugar

Mix dry ingredients together. Beat 1 egg well; add fruit cocktail and juices. Mix with other ingredients. Spread 1 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup chopped nuts over mixture. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Don't overbake.
