STROMBOLI 
2 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed
1/4 lb. boiled ham, sliced thick
1/4 lb. Genoa salami, sliced thick
1/4 lb. Coppacola ham, sliced thick
1/2 to 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, cubed
Roasted peppers, chopped to taste

Cut cold cuts into small pieces. Spread dough on 2 ungreased cookie sheets (1 loaf per cookie sheet). Place cold cuts, cheese and peppers down the middle of each loaf. Fold over ends of dough and then fold in thirds. Place seam side down on cookie sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until bread is golden brown. Cut into 1 to 2 inch slices.
