SQUASH STEW 
1 med. squash, diced in 1 inch cubes, yellow squash
1 med. zucchini, diced in 1 inch cubes
1 med. onion, diced
1 stick celery, diced
2 lg. tomatoes, with skins removed, diced
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Dash of black pepper and salt
1 c. water

Combine all vegetables in a large pot and cook until vegetables are tender. Add butter and serve.

NOTE: This is good to freeze. When putting in freezer, do not add the butter.
