SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed cooked sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
1 c. pecans

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. flour

Mix together sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla and milk. Place in 13 x 9 inch glass baking dish. Prepare topping. Spread over sweet potato mixture; sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 300 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until sugar melts. Makes 8 servings.
