ONION STEAK 
1 c. cheddar cheese soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cans water
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup

Mix together all soups and water. Set aside. Cut all fat off of steak. Cut into strips. Lay on bottom of 13"x9" baking pan. Cut potatoes into 4 separate wedges, place on top of meat slices. Pour sauce over meat and potatoes. Cover tightly with tin foil. The secret is to not touch it for 3 hours on 325 degrees. Serves 4 to 6.
