MUSHROOM SALAD 
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1/2 lb. baby Swiss cheese, grated
2 bunches green onions, sliced

Clean and slice mushrooms into a large salad bowl. Add cheese and onions. Chill.

Dressing:

1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. Cavender's Greek seasoning

Mix dressing ingredients and chill thoroughly. Pour over mushroom mixture and serve.

Yield: 10 to 12 servings.
