REUBEN CASSEROLE 
16 oz. can sauerkraut, drained
12 oz. can corned beef, crumbled
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing (optional)
1 1/2 c. sm. cubes rye or pumpernickel bread

Put sauerkraut in 8x11 inch casserole. Top with crumbled corned beef. Mix mayonnaise and 1000 island, spread lightly over all. Mix bread cubes and cheese and spread over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
