CRABMEAT QUICHE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 c. crabmeat
8 oz. Swiss cheese, diced
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 unbaked pie shell

Prick pie crust and bake 10 minutes at 425 degrees before filling.

Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk in bowl. Mix until well blended. Stir in crabmeat, cheese and onion and pour into partly cooked crust. Reduce oven heat to 350 degrees and bake 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
