CRANBERRY CASSEROLE 
3 c. diced stayman apples
2 c. fresh cranberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. oatmeal (not instant)
1/3 c. flour
1 stick melted butter
1 c. brown sugar

Stir together apples, cranberries and sugar. Place in slightly greased casserole dish. Mix together pecans, oatmeal, flour, melted butter and brown sugar. Spread on top of casserole.

Bake one hour at 325°F.
