BBQ RIB'S AND SAUCE FOR BBQ RIBS | |
3 or 4 lbs. spare or country style ribs Onions Salt & pepper to taste 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. salt 1/4 tsp. red pepper 1 tsp. paprika 1/4 tsp. black pepper 3/4 tsp. chili powder 1 (8 oz.) bottle ketchup 2 tbsp. brown sugar 3/4 c. water Trim and bake ribs with onions, salt and pepper for 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Drain grease after baking. Mix all remaining ingredients together and pour over ribs and bake an additional 1 hour at 350 degrees. Can put sliced onions on top of meat before baking. |
