1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
3/4 c. of beer
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat sour cream and eggs, add beer and then dry ingredients. You can use this recipe for any recipe that calls for dipped batter. Sprinkle with Lawry salt.
