LO CAL WHIPPED TOPPING 
3 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
3/4 c. nonfat dry milk
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar and gelatin in bowl. Add boiling water; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in cold water; let stand until room temperature. Add remaining ingredients. Beat with electric mixer, on high speed, until soft peaks form, 3 minutes. Refrigerate until ready to serve. (Stir before using.) Makes 3 cups.
