1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. butter
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas

Cream sugar and butter; add eggs. Mix flour and soda together in bowl. Add flour, soda and buttermilk to first ingredients. Add vanilla and bananas.

Bake in slow oven at 325°F for about 30 minutes or until done.
