SWEET BABY RAY'S BARBECUE BUTTER | |
1/2 lb. (2 sticks) butter, softened 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper 4 oz. Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce (I like Hickory & Brown Sugar) 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt Blend all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Serve with hot corn-on-the-cob, steamed green beans or other veggies, grilled or sauteed chicken, steak, shrimp or fish, beef cubed steaks, baked potatoes, fresh rolls, etc. Refrigerate any leftovers.
