6 sweet Italian sausages
6 lasagna noodles
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 (3 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
3/4 c. water
1 sm. onion, chopped
Sliced mushrooms

Boil lasagna noodles. Rinse and cool. Microwave sausages for 7 minutes. Slice halfway down lengthwise. Stuff with some shredded cheese. Wrap with lasagna noodles, secure with toothpick. Pam the bottom of an 11"x7" casserole dish. Put in sausages. Add 3/4 cup water to spaghetti sauce and pour over sausages. Sprinkle onions and mushrooms on top. Bake for 35 minutes. Add remaining cheese, bake 10 minutes more.
