MILLIONAIRE CANDY 
50 caramels
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. chocolate chips
1 tbsp. hot water
3 c. chopped nuts
3 tbsp. Crisco
Waxed paper

(In double boiler.) Melt caramels together with butter and water. Remove from heat and stir in nuts. Drop by smallish spoonfuls onto waxed paper and chill 30 minutes. Melt chocolate chips and Crisco and remove from heat.

Dip caramel nut pieces into the chocolate and set on waxed paper. Chill. Serve cool.
