ITALIAN BEEF 
5 lbs. rolled rum roast
1 whole bulb of garlic
Salt
Pepper
Garlic salt
4 tbsp. Italian seasoning

Make holes in roast with wooden spoon. Insert clove of garlic in each hole, sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste over roast.

Add 4 tablespoon Italian seasoning. Cover roast with water and bake at 350 degrees for about 4 1/2 hours. Chop meat up in the juice in the pan, may have to add more water.

Make a hot sauce of 2 cups celery chopped, 4 hot peppers and cover with oil serve over beef sandwiches on a Hoagie bun.
