APPLE SALAD 
3 med. apples (unpeeled) cut in chunks
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. celery, diced
2 tbsp. raisins
3 tbsp. plain yogurt
2 tsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. pineapple juice
1/8 tsp. cinnamon

Combine apples, pineapple, celery and raisins. Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, pineapple juice and cinnamon. Fold into apple mixture. Makes 4 one cup servings at 121 calories per serving.
