APPLE GOODIE 
2 lg. apples, peeled and sliced (may also use blueberries or raspberries)
1/2 c. oatmeal or oatbran
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Pour lemon juice over apple slices and mix well. Place apple slices in a greased oven proof dish. Mix brown sugar, oats and cinnamon and sprinkle over apples. Dot with butter and bake for 30 minutes. Serves 2.
