SPINACH BALLS 
2 med. chopped onions
2 reg. boxes frozen chopped spinach (don't cook or squeeze)
6 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. melted butter
2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. thyme (opt.)

Mix altogether. Shape into balls. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, depending upon the size of the balls. The bigger they are the longer you bake them.
