FLYING FARMER CHICKEN SALAD 
5 c. cooked chicken, cut in chunks
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
3 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. seedless green grapes
1 1/2 c. celery, finely sliced
1 (13 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. toasted almonds, slivered
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Combine chicken, oil, orange juice, vinegar and salt and let stand while preparing remaining ingredients. Gently toss all ingredients. Absolutely delicious. 8 to 10 servings.
