STRAWBERRY JELLO CAKE 
1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. hot water
1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 c. Crisco vegetable oil
1 tsp. pure vanilla
1 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
Juice from 1 lemon

Dissolve strawberry Jello and 1 cup hot water. In bowl mix Duncan Hines cake mix, Jello and water mixture, 4 eggs, 1 at a time, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 cup Crisco oil.

Pour in 13 inch oblong pan, oil bottom of pan, but not the sides. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Mix confectioners' sugar and lemon juice and pour over cake as soon as cake is taken from oven.
