ROCK COOKIES 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 lb. black walnuts, ground
1/2 lb. dates
1 lb. Muscot Raisins (blue box), cooked and drained
1 tsp. baking soda in 1/4 c. boiling water
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour

This makes a stiff dough. Drop them on a greased cookie sheet. Bake about 12 minutes or until they spring back when touched with your finger.
