CREAM CHEESE CORN 
2 cans shoe peg corn (white)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 to 1 1/2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 stick butter
1/4 c. milk

Melt butter, cream cheese, and milk over low heat. Mix in corn and jalapeno peppers. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees until it bubbles.
