CREAM CHEESE LOAF CAKE 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 c. sugar
Butter, softened
1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 c. nuts, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

About 2 1/2 hours before serving, grease and flour 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In large bowl with mixer at medium, beat cream cheese, sugar and 3/4 cup butter until light and fluffy. Add flour and next 4 ingredients; at low speed, beat until well mixed, scraping bowl.

In small pan over low heat, stir chocolate and 1 tablespoon butter until melted; remove from heat, stir in nuts and cinnamon. Spoon half of batter into pan; spread with chocolate mixture; top with remaining batter. Bake 70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool on rack 10 minutes, remove pan, cool. Makes 16 servings. 305 calories each.
