TUNA SPREAD 
1 1/3 c. commercial chow chow
2 (6 1/8 oz.) white tuna in water, drained
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 lg. leafy cabbage

Place chow chow in sieve to drain. Combine chow chow, tuna and mayonnaise; stir well. Cover and chill thoroughly to blend flavors. Cut out center of cabbage to form bowl. Fill cabbage with tuna mixture. Serve with carrot sticks, cherry tomatoes and pita chips. Yields 3 cups.
