LEMON PUDDING CAKE 
1 box yellow or white cake mix
1 box lemon instant pudding
3/4 c. water, beat 2 minutes
3/4 c. oil, beat 2 minutes
4 eggs, beat 2 minutes

Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. While cake is baking, make the following sauce: 1/2 c. water 1/3 c. orange juice 3 tbsp. butter

Heat this mixture until butter has melted and sugar has dissolved. When cake is done, punch holes all over the cake and pour the mixture over the top of cake while cake is hot. Let stand until cool.
