TASTY PORK CHOPS 
4 lg. loin pork chops 1 inch thick
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. season salt
Dash pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. orange marmalade

Put flour, season salt, pepper and dry mustard in lunch bag. Close and shake to mix. Put chops in one at a time and shake to coat on both sides. Set on wax paper or plate while heating a little oil in skillet.
