2 bunches parsley, wash and drain 2 bunches green onion 1/2 green pepper 2 cucumbers 1 lg. tomato 1 c. med. cracked wheat-bulger 1/2 c. oil 1 c. lemon juice 1. Chop parsley, green onion, green pepper, cucumber, tomato very fine. 2. Put in salad bowl. 3. Soak in bowl of cold water (15 minutes) the cracked wheat. 4. Squeeze out and put in salad bowl. 5. Mix up salad dressing of oil and lemon juice. 6. Pour dressing over ingredients and mix. Note: Can be eaten in 1/4 section pita bread. |
