PUMPKIN SQUARES 
4 eggs
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. pumpkin
2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Make them thin. Cool and frost.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. soft butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Mix and spread on top. These freeze very well.
