STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
3/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. water
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries in syrup (defrost and set aside 2/3 c. for icing).

Place all above ingredients (except 2/3 cup strawberries) in bowl and beat for 4 minutes. Pour into 13 x 9 x 2 greased pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes.

ICING:

2 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. lemon juice
2/3 c. defrosted strawberries

Beat all together and heat to dissolve sugar. As soon as cake is done, poke holes in it with long pronged fork and spread icing gradually over hot cake.
