GLAZED CARROTS WITH 5 SPICES 
3/4 c. water
8 med. carrots (about 1 lb.), sliced diagonally 1/2 inch thick
1 stick cinnamon
3/4 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. coriander
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. honey
2 tsp. lemon juice

Bring water to a boil. Add next 6 ingredients. Gently boil; cover and simmer for 12 minutes. Uncover; add honey and juice. Raise heat to high. Boil until all water is gone and carrots are tender, about 4 minutes. Serves 4.
