ORANGE GLAZED CARROTS 
1 lb. carrots, sliced 1/2" thick
1/4 c. orange juice
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel (optional)
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash ground nutmeg

In 2 quart casserole dish, combine carrots and orange juice. Cover. Microwave on high 7-8 1/2 minutes until carrots are tender, stirring once. Stir in remaining ingredients, let stand, covered, 3 minutes before serving. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
