1 lg. container cottage cheese
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (drain)
1 or 2 c. Cool Whip
1 lg. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 tsp. coconut extract
2 tsp. rum extract

Mix together; chill at least 1 hour.
