LUCILE JONES' NOODLE-CHEESE
PUDDING
 
4 eggs
1 c. (1/2 pt.) cream
1 tsp. salt
2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 lb. noodles, cooked, drained
Dash of cayenne pepper
4 tbsp. fine bread crumbs
3 tbsp. melted butter

Beat eggs. Stir in sour cream or sweet cream, salt, pepper. Add cottage cheese and cooked noodles. Spoon into buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with crumbs and melted butter. Bake in oven preheated to 375 degrees for about 40 minutes.
