CRUNCHY FUDGE SANDWICHES 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) butterscotch chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
4 c. Rice Krispies
1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) chocolate chips
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. water

In large saucepan, combine butterscotch chips and peanut butter; heat until melted and smooth. Add rice cereal; stir until well coated with butterscotch mixture. Press half in buttered 8 inch square pan. Chill in refrigerator while preparing fudge mixture. Set aside remaining mixture. Combine over hot water chocolate chips, powdered sugar, butter, and water. Stir until melted and smooth. Spread over refrigerated mixture. Spread remaining cereal mixture over top. Press gently. Chill until firm (about 1 hour).
